The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. and resume consideration of S. 2284, the Flood Insurance
Legislation, with 60 minutes of debate.
At approximately 11:10 a.m., there will be a series of roll call votes in relation to the following items:
McConnell amendment No. 4720 (Energy) with a 60-vote threshold; Reid amendment (Energy) with a
60-vote threshold; passage of the Flood Insurance Legislation (either S. 2284 or H.R. 3121); and cloture on
the motion to proceed to H.R. 980 (Collective Bargaining). If cloture on the motion to proceed is invoked, all
post-cloture time will be yielded back and the motion to proceed will be agreed to.
The Senate will recess from 12:30 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus luncheons.
