May 23, 2013: At 9:30 a.m., following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business until 10:30 a.m. with the time equally divided and controlled between the two Leaders or their designees with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each. At 10:30 a.m., there will be 2 roll call votes. The first vote will be on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Srikanth Srinivasan, of Virginia, to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit. The Senate will then resume consideration of S. 954, the Farm bill. There will then be a roll call vote on the Sanders amendment #965 (GMO foods)(60 affirmative-vote threshold). If cloture is invoked on the Srinivasan nomination, the time during consideration of S. 954 will count post-cloture on the nomination.
